It worked for me

After my A-levels, I set an ambitious goal: pursuing both a master’s degree at INSA Toulouse and an international swimming career with the Dauphins du TOEC (Léon Marchand’s club!).

Results:
Master’s degree in Scientific Computing, followed by a PhD in Applied Mathematics.
Olympic experience—finishing in the top 10 in the world.

Well, it worked—though at the time, I had no idea how.

Besides being an Olympian, I am an associate professor

I have been teaching university students since I began my PhD in 1997.

As a teacher, I have developed methods to help my students succeed—some experiments failed, while others were very rewarding.

Over more than 10 years, I refined the most effective approaches with students from various disciplines—mainly mathematics, law, psychology, sports, and biology.

Now, I bring the best of my experience to this programme, hoping to support ambitious students wherever they are.

Happy students and teachers
